What is the Hume Band 2.0, really?
A wrist-worn health monitor. It keeps track of biological age, metabolic momentum, blood pressure trends, HRV, blood oxygen, sleep stages, and skin temperature — running continuously on a charge that lasts up to 14 days, without needing a subscription to work.
Do I have to keep my phone nearby at all times?
No. The band records and stores data on its own. The Hume Health app (iOS and Android) is where you'll actually view your trends, and it syncs automatically the next time your phone is nearby — you don't need to carry it during a workout or overnight.
Can I wear it in the shower or the pool?
Yes. It's IP68-rated: dust-resistant, and able to handle 1 meter of water for up to 2 hours. Showers, swimming, and sweaty training sessions are all within spec.
How reliable are the readings?
The 2.0 model uses 5 LEDs and 4 photodiodes, sampling more frequently than most wearables in this category, and the accuracy has held up in both internal lab testing and outside comparisons. Like any optical sensor worn on the wrist, results are best when the band fits snugly, about a finger's width above the wrist bone.

$207 at the current price, down from $295. That's a one-time cost — nothing about the core tracking features requires an ongoing subscription.
Is Hume Premium worth adding?
It's optional, at $8.99/month, and layers on AI-driven coaching and more detailed longevity breakdowns. The base metrics — biological age, blood pressure trends, HRV, and the rest — are already included with your purchase either way.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
Yes, the Hume Band qualifies for both, so you can put pre-tax health savings toward it at checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Yes — payments run through encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. Your full card number isn't stored on our end.
Delivery
How soon will it ship?
Within 1–2 business days of your order. From there, most domestic deliveries take another 3–5 business days depending on where you're located.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, worldwide, and shipping is free regardless of where the order is headed.

What's the return window?

Is there a warranty?
Every unit ships with a 1-year hardware warranty at no cost. There's also an optional 10-year extended warranty for $31 at checkout, covering hardware and sensor issues for the device's full lifespan.

Can I get my data out if I want to?
Yes, anytime, directly from the Hume Health app. It's your data — export is never locked behind anything.
